In a business design class, I undertook the challenge of redesigning an established brand's (Kith.com) website with a keen focus on enhancing usability.
And with my passion for optimizing digital experiences, I took the initiative to incorporate conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles into my design approach.
By meticulously analyzing user behavior, streamlining the customer journey, and implementing persuasive design elements, I aimed to create an engaging website that not only captivates users but also drives measurable results.

Teaming up with Carousell, we embarked on a thrilling endeavor to reimagine and transform their recommerce superstore at Ngee Ann Polytechnic into a bustling hub for students to effortlessly buy and sell secondhand items, all while championing sustainability.
Through our innovative design and collaborative spirit, we crafted a space that buzzes with energy, connecting students and fostering a community of conscious consumption.
